Hisense Named Official Partner of FIFA Club World Cup 2025
01 Nov 2024 16:40
The Pearl River Brewery (Chinese name: 珠江啤酒) has renewed its partnership deal as the Official Beer of Team China Basketball.
Under this deal, the beer brand will continue to benefit from a comprehensive package of exclusive marketing rights and will support Team China Basketball in its preparations for the 2016 Rio Olympics.
The partnership dates back to 2007, when Infront Sports & Media, the exclusive marketing partner of the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA), announced the brewery as its commercial partner for China’s national basketball team. This was at a time when the team was moving into intensive preparations for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
The announcement of the extension was made as the team visited Guangzhou on May 8th, following last Friday’s 57-49 win in the opener of the three-stop Sino-Australian Men's International Basketball series.
Zhujiang Brewery Group Co.Ltd. was established in 1985 and is a large Chinese state-owned enterprise which deals mainly in beer and related products.
