Peak Sports sponsor US and Slovenian teams at the Winter Universiade

The 28th Winter Universiade is presently underway in Almaty. Peak Sports is assisting the national teams from the USA and Slovenia.

During the Winter Universiade, Peaks Sports is providing warm jackets, windproof coats, ski pants, scarves, knit caps, gloves, backpacks and other sports equipment for college student athletes in the US team. The US team will take part in 8 sports, namely male ice hockey, female ice hockey, speed skating, curling, freestyle skiing, short track speed skating, snowboarding and cross-country skiing in Alma-Ata.

The professional sports equipment that Peak Sports provides for the Slovenian team is in turquoise and blue, the Slovenian national colours. Slovenia is sending 42 student athletes to participate in snowboarding, ice hockey, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, biathlon, and figure skating. 

Peak Sports has assisted the Slovenian national team in attending both winter and summer Olympics since 2012. It has cooperated with US college student teams since 2013, assisting them in attending the 2013 Summer Universiade, the 2015 Summer and Winter Universiades and, most recently, the 2016 Summer and Winter Universiades.
