China CITIC Bank Credit Card have become an Official Partner of the LaLiga side Real Madrid CF and have launched the first Real Madrid fans credit card in China. Real Madrid’s Director of International Relations, Emilio Butragueño, club ambassador Roberto Carlos and vice-president of China CITIC Bank, Guo Danghuai we’re in attendance at the ceremony.
The card is expected to strengthen the relationship between Real Madrid’s Chinese fans and the LaLiga club while at the same time offering special promotions, rewards and benefits to the club’s Chinese fans.
The credit cards comes in four designs featuring Real Madrid players, the Real Madrid club logo (in white and black) and the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium with the four designs all coming from Real Madrid’s Chinese fans. There are four types of credit cards: China UnionPay golden card, China UnionPay platinum card, Visa golden card and the Visa jade card.
The football-related benefits of these new cards include the chance to win tickets to Real Madrid home matches, visits to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, signed first-team shirts, and the chance to meet Real Madrid players.
China CITIC Bank plans to create a five-day Real Madrid training camp providing football training to rural Chinese children and the children of credit card users.
The head of the China CITIC Bank Credit Card Center remarked that they hope that this special credit card can act as a bridge between Chinese fans and Real Madrid football club and they plan to bring more football-related products and activities to football lovers in China in the future.
