Wukesong Indoor Stadium, the new home of CBA final winner Beijing Ducks, witnessed a basketball training camp which was jointly hosted by Chinese Basketball Association and Adidas China yesterday.
As many as 58 young promising basketball players, aged at 15 to 18, showed up at Wukesong where a group of senior international coaches also presented.
Those international coaches have rich experiences in coaching professional teams in NBA, CBA or other leading basketball leagues in European countries.
Gong Luming, the head coach of China national basketball team, also made presence alongside two players at the ceremony.
The training camp is named as Adidas Nations, formerly Adidas Superstars, which has been staged to cultivate Chinese youth basketball starlets for more than a decade.
This time the campaign will last 5 days after when several top players among the candidates will be selected for the international training camp held in Los Angeles in July.
