“2015 SKF ‘Meet the World’ Hope Project Youth football Tournament” officially started at Beijing Sport University, which was host by China Youth Development Foundation. The champion teams that win out will be sponsored by SKF to head for Sweden, and participate in “Gothia Cup” Youth Football Tournament entitled with “Mini World Cup”.
In the statement, Zhu Jiming said, “2015 SKF ‘Meet the World’ Hope Project Youth football Tournament is aimed to support the football movement in poverty-stricken area and provide a platform to help poor children realize their football dream. As an important part of SKF’s charity, SKF China has been devoted to social charity and practices its commitment to Chinese market with the platform—‘Meet the World’.”
Since 2007, SKF has started to hold the event. Zhu told the journalist, “In the past years, we have been engaged in this event. We hope all children participated today could be a brilliant soccer player in the future.” As a dealer of SKF, Siglent Technologies has sponsored the event for three years. Just as Sun Yongjun, vice president of Siglent said, “Charitable giving is an honor.”
