Times China is a holdings group whose main businesses include residential project development, industrial development and commercial development and operation, as well as urban renewal, finance, long-rent apartments, community services, logistics and warehousing, education, furniture decoration and others, according to the company’s profile introduction on its own website. It is also listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and is one of China’s top 500 private companies. It mainly focuses in the Pearl River Delta area.
Long Lions Basketball Club was founded in 2010 and set its home in Guangzhou in 2016, becoming the first team from Guangzhou competing in CBA. It is also the first CBA club listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations.
The club was established mainly by an investment and consulting company in Guangdong Province, Guangdong Puxun Enterprise Investment Co., Ltd. After reaching this partnership, Times China and Long Lions both indicate they will continue to explore further strategic collaboration opportunities in the future.
Times China Enterprises Affairs and Brand Center Deputy Manager Zhang Bo says that they hope to increase and spread the influence of Times China and to help with driving the development of basketball in the delta region and sports career in Guangdong.
