FC Schalke 04 to play in China this summer

December 7: The Pyeongchang 2018 and the Beijing 2022 Resource Promotion Conference has been held in Shijiazhuang City of Hebei Province.
The conference, organized by Gangwon-do government of South Korea, China’s Hebei Provincial government and the People.cn Co., Ltd. branch in South Korea, was attended by 260 representatives from the two countries.
Choi Moon-soon, the incumbent governor of Gangwon Province, introduced their preparatory work for the 2022 Winter Olympics as well as expressed his wish to strengthen cooperation with Hebei province.
As Choi said, an important part of their preparation involves enabling travelers to go from the Incheon International Airport to the Olympic Stadium within 70 minutes and the east coast within 100 minutes by taking a Korea Train Express train. At the same time, travelers will also be able to fly from several Chinese cities to Yangyang International Airport.
Wang Xiaodong, Deputy Governor of Hebei Province, welcomed the visit of the South Korean delegation led by Choi. He also has plans to pay a visit to Gangwon-do, learning from the experience of the Pyeongchang 2018.
