On 7th September 2016, Sina sports program “Super Star” signed a deal with the the legendary Spanish manager Vicente Del Bosque. The former guest of the column Carlo Ancelotti has officially said goodbye to football fans.
It is reported that Sina Sports will become the exclusive official digital media partner with Bosque, who is going to participate in the programme. He will be interviewed online and comment online.
It is high time for Bosque to cooperate with Sina Sports because this period is an important point in time for the development of Chinese football. Last year, President Xi Jinping stated that the government would promote the national games until they became world class. Hence, it is of great importance to collaborate with the foreign football stars. The “Super Star” of Sina Sports is devoted to provide more content off the pitch.
There are many super stars who have participated in the column, such as Eden Hazard from Chelsea, the famous goalkeeper Kasper Peter Schmeichel, Michael Owen and the ex-Chelsea manager, Carlo Ancelotti.
