Si-Cong Wang adopts a new strategy by signing Wu Lei

On the 14th August Banana Plan Sports held a news conference to announce signing with “domestic leading scorer” Wu Lei.

Duan Xuan, the Banana Plan CEO appeared at the conference with Wu Lei. He also released a closed loop strategy centered on Pan-entertainment Internet Protocol (IP).

Duan Xuan said the company would operate a new and important project from 1st September, to broadcast the World Cup qualifier games with a "Live Interactive" service.
According to statistics, the total volume from the Live Broadcast industry amounted to 9.2 billion RMB in 2015. It was estimated this number would be up to 24.7 billion RMB in 2017.

Although such a live broadcast service is still in the star-up phase in the sports industry, it looks really promising and will stimulate a huge market.

Sports events are not only an arena for athletes to compete with each other, but are also a platform to entertain people and achieve industrial diversification. The Internet will help connect the games with more users and create more value.
