The Chinese Football Association (CFA), the governing body of soccer in China, has agreed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Royal Belgian Football Association (RBFA) in Brussels, according to the CFA official website.
The MOU, signed by CFA Chairman Cai Zhenhua and RBFA President François De Keersmaecker, marks the establishment of an official partnership between the two parties. Under the agreement, the two parties will have friendly exchanges and collaborations through high-level visits, trainer cultivation, youth system and national friendly matches of all levels. More specifically, the RBFA looks forward to exchanges in which the CFA will send technical staff to the RBFA’s newly expanded soccer training center. In addition, the Red Devils of Europe, the Belgium National Team, will pay a visit to China at an appropriate time in the near future.
Cai expressed his gratitude to the RBFA for their warm reception and highly praised the advanced soccer theory and developed youth soccer system adopted by Belgium. He, on behalf of the CFA, also looks forward to working with the RBFA in soccer exchanges, such as youth trainings etc.
