SPORTACCORD 2024 INSIGHTS: Sport’s Perfect Storm

Le Sports, a leading sports media in China, has struck a strategic partnership deal in Beijing with the Management Committee of Suzhou Taihu National Tourism Vacation Zone.
According to the deal,agreed last Saturday, the two sides have agreed to build up a pilot base of internet and sports related industries in the vacation zone. They will seek co-operation in projects relating to teenage soccer bases, outdoor sports and sports tourism.
As stated in the deal, Le Sports is expected to set up the first smart teenage soccer base in Suzhou. The base will consist of customized training facilities in accordance with international standards and smart management. This will be achieved by adopting advanced technologies like wearable devices, user generated content broadcasting and big data analysis.
In terms of outdoor business, the two sides have decided to create an environmentally friendly outdoor sports base, where international outdoor events including cross-country, cycling, triathlons and some water sports can be held.
In addition, the vacation zone will introduce smart products from Le Sports, which will help to integrate sports and tourism in the south China city.
