Home Credit, an international consumer finance provider, has continued efforts to strengthen its foothold in China through a link-up with another Chinese Super League (CSL) team, Tianjin Teda Football Club.
The company, founded in the Czech Republic in 1997,now operates predominantly across Europe and Asia, focusing on responsible lending, primarily to people with little or no credit history, has today officially announced the signing of a three-year sponsorship deal with the top-tier Chinese football club covering the seasons 2016 to 2018.
Under the deal, Home Credit’s logo will appear on the sleeve of Tianjin Teda FC shirts. Financial details of the deal have not been revealed.
The company’s logo will first be displayed by the club on 12th March, when Tianjin Teda FC have a home game against Guangzhou R&F Football Club at the Tianjin Olympic Sports Center.
Gao Yingqin, General Manger of Tianjin Teda FC said, “We are very pleased to join hands with Home Credit for the next three years. The company has set up its Chinese headquarters in Tianjin and is an important enterprise in the area. We are looking forward to co-operating with them and hope our partnership will turn out to be a successful one. ”
