Interview with Andreas Zagklis: to keep popularization of basketball with all-round strategy

NBA China and CBA Dongguan Basketball School recently renewed their partnership to develop elite basketball talents in China.
Under last Saturday’s deal, the sides will continue to collaborate in training elite youth players and also basketball coaches till 2021.
“Through this joint effort, I am confident that we are contributing significantly to the development of basketball in China,” said Li Qun, the President of CBA Dongguan Basketball School.
“Basketball development is a primary focus of NBA China, and this partnership demonstrates our commitment to developing young basketball talent in China,” said NBA China CEO David Shoemaker.
Launched by NBA China in a joint effort with the CBA and Dongguan New Century in 2011, the CBA Dongguan Basketball School is dedicated to develop emerging Chinese basketball talents between the ages of 12 and 17.
Over 8,000 talents have been trained in CBA Dongguan Basketball School since its establishment in 2011.
