Dongfeng Honda has officially signed a sponsorship deal with EAFF East Asian Cup, formerly the East Football Asian Championship, of which the signing ceremony was held at Wuhan Sports Center on June 4, according to Beijing Morning Post.
The EAFF East Asian Cup 2015 will be hosted in Wuhan China in August. As an official sponsor, Dofeng Honda will provide vehicles including new-generation SPIRIORs and CR-Vs to support the competition.
The brand awareness and influence of EAFF East Asian Cup, in Eastern Asia particularly, will help Dongfeng Honda deliver the philosophy of “youth, passion and vigor” to more audience.
The EAFF East Asian Cup is an international football competition for member nations of the East Asian Football Federation (EAFF).
There is a separate competition for both men (first held in 2003) and women (first held in 2005).
There was also a combined points competition in 2005, where the results of the men's and women's teams are added together (not including qualifiers).
