No more “vagrancy”, Liaoning Women’s Basketball Team returned to Anshan

Last season, Liaoning Women’s Basketball Team faced expiration of contract with Liaoning Hengye Group and experienced running around without sponsorship.

In the new season, Liaoning Women’s Basketball Team could end all of this and return to Anshan. According to information from Municipal Bureau of Sports, Anshan Zhongda Industrial Group has reached cooperative purpose with Provincial Basketball Management Center. As a result, in the new season, it might become the new sponsor of the team, and the home court will be located at the Municipal Olympic Sports Center.

As we know, Anshan Zhongda Industrial Group is a comprehensive private enterprise, mainly engaging in producing industrial aluminium profile etc., as well as operation of real estate development. Considering that Men’s Basketball in recent years performed pretty good, but Women’s Basketball was relatively depressed, as an enterprise originated from Liaoning, Zhongda Group is willing to help Liaoning Women’s Basketball Team overcome current difficulties and contribute to its hometown.
