SAIC Motors and SIPG FC renew partnership

Chinese Super League club Shanghai SIPG FC have renewed their partnership with SAIC Motors for 2019, making it the fourth year of the two parties’ continued collaboration. 

The signing ceremony was held on February 19. 

SAIC Motors will continue to advertise their logo on the front of SIPG’s shirt for the upcoming 2019 CSL season. They will also help with the development of the club’s youth training, organize charity programs with SIPG FC and contribute to building a better football culture in Shanghai. 

Some of the first team players and coaches of SIPG FC were appointed as chief experience officers of Roewe Marvel X. Roewe is an original automobile brand developed by SAIC Motors. 

Xiangdao Chuxing, an online taxi booking platform of SAIC Motors, newly launched in December 2018, will offer coupons related to SIPG FC to consumers during the 2019 season. 

SAIC Motors and SIPG FC reached a strategic partnership back in December 2015. Since the 2016 season, SAIC Motors have featured on the front of SIPG’s shirts for CSL and CFA Cup games.
