Two days before Inter Milan’s July 24th summer-friendly against Juventus FC in Nanjing, China, the tour’s official partner, T3 Go, have launched their service in Nanjing.
T3 Go is a Chinese mobile transportation platform whose services are similar to Didi. Established in April 2019 and headquartered in Nanjing, T3 Go is using the summer tour and the partnership as a marketing opportunity for the launch of their services in Nanjing.
Under the campaign, T3 Go offers users discounts and benefits related to Inter Milan’s summer tour. For people who register as users on the T3 Go’s app from July 23rd to August 16th, they can get 50% off their taxi fares on the T3 Go platform, as well as having a chance to get free signed jerseys, team flags, match tickets and rights to participate in fan activities.
The newly founded mobile transportation platform is backed by three state-owned automobile companies, FAW, Dongfeng Motor Corporation and Changan. According to National Business Daily, each of the three corporations holds 16% of its shares. In addition, three Chinese internet giants Suning, Tencent and Alibaba are also shareholders. Suning holds 17% shares, while Tencent invested CNY600m and Alibaba CNY500m, NBD says.
Nanjing is one of six Chinese cities where T3 Go will launch services within this year. According to T3 Go’s CEO Cui Dayong, the other five cities are Tianjin, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Wuhan and Chongqing.
