Future of Sport: A Global Sports Week x Viva Technology Collaboration, Will Open in June 14

The CBA Company organized the 2018-2019 season Chinese Basketball Association League meeting on September 28. The meeting officially confirmed that two CBA teams will change owners and that six CBA teams will change their title sponsors for the new season which will start on October 21.
The Shanxi team will have a new owner, the Shanxi State-Owned Capital Investment and Operation Company Limited. The previous owner, another state-owned company Shanxi Xinghuacun Fenjiu Group Company Limited will cease their investment and ownership of the team.
The Shandong team will also change ownership. The previous owner, the state-owned Shandong Hi-Speed Group Co., Ltd, has decided to stop investing in the team and now a private company in Shandong Province, the Xiwang Group, have become the new investors and owners of the team. Xiwang will also title sponsor the team.
The title sponsor of the Guangzhou Long Lions will change from Guangzhou Securities to Times China. Sichuan’s team title sponsor will change from Pisen to Wuliang Jinzun. The Fujian team will change from Xunxing SBS to Jinjiang Culture and Travel Group. Fubang Holdings’s sponsorship of Nanchang team will come to an end and the team will change its name back to Bayi Nanchang while Xinjiang team will change their title sponsor from Kashi Old City to China Grand Auto.
