First Race of 2017 Chinese Circuit Off-road Championship for Duolun

The Duolun Urban Sports,Culture & Tourism Industry Strategy Seminar was held in Beijing on February 14, to announcethe first race of the 2017 Chinese Circuit Off-road Championship (COC). The event will be held from February 25to February 28 in Duolun County, Xilin Gol League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.The event organizers have revealed relevant details of the race.

Held once a year, COC is important among Chinese off-road racing events, attracting a lot of drivers. As the first COC race this year, the Duolunevent will be held on an ice &snow track.

It is reported that this time, the 2017 Tanyuan Ancient Wine Cup of Dolonnuur,Inner Mongolia COC will consist of 8 categories. These will include gasoline groups, diesel oil groups, gasoline-modified groups, diesel oil-modified groups, open groups, UTV groups, femalegroups and others. Altogether hundreds of drivers and more than 30 teams have registered for the race.

Duolun County is conveniently located and has a  pleasant climate, which is suitable for hosting sport events. Besides, the Duolun government is positive in bidding for events. Apart from the COC race, the Ice & Snow Aviation Festival will be held from February 18 to February 20 in Duolunand the Ice & Snow Cross-country Racefrom March 4 to March 5. Liu Jianjun,County Chief of the Duolun Government, said the Duolun Governmentwould try its best to host theevents, striving for morebig brand competitions withinternational influence and tourism brands established in Duolun.
