Future of Sport: A Global Sports Week x Viva Technology Collaboration, Will Open in June 14

China’s Hanteng Autos announced yesterday the company has become the title sponsor of the 2016 World Snooker Open to be held in Yushan, Jiangxi Province in late July.
Hanteng, as the official vehicle partner, will provide vehicle services in support of the tournament.
Li Xueming, the General Manager of Hanteng, said “It is a great honour for Hanteng Autos to become the title sponsor of the 2016 World Snooker Open. It marks a major breakthrough in our multi-tier sports marketing strategy, which will enable more consumers to experience the charm of Hanteng. ”
The World Snooker Open will be held from 25th to 31st July in Yushan, a venue which hosted the Chinese Billiard World Championship in 2015 and 2016. The 2016 edition will offer total prize money of £520,000.
Ding Junhui, Mark Selby and Neil Robertson are among the 72 players who have confirmed that they will play in the tournament.
