2015 Shanghai International Regatta sponsored by Zhongjin Brand

2015 Shanghai International Regatta is to be held on the Huangpu River from 9th July to 12th July. Only a few days ago, Royal Thames Yacht Club, a centuries-old yachting club in London, held an overseas press conference on the issues of the event. The press conference got much attention from British Foreign and Commonwealth Office, located at 10 Downing Street.

As the first professional sailing regatta, the arrangement for Shanghai International Regatta, has been decided. It is said that, the three-day event will include a Moth Invitational event, a series of match races, and the Bund Run, an open handicap fleet race on the Saturday afternoon.

This year is also a UK-China Year of Cultural Exchange, for which the home court of first half year is located in China, while the second half is in England. As an event joined and organized by Chinese and English civilian force, Shanghai International Regatta gets its special historical significance.

Shanghai International Regatta receives great supports from relevant departments of the government, Pudong New Area and Expo Shanghai Group, and it is held together by Shanghai Yuanzhou Cultural Communication Co., Ltd. and  Five West Company from the U.K. with the exclusive sponsorship of Zhongjin Brand.
