Shenzhen Guohui FC, a youth football training organization, announced that they have raised RMB17.67m from investors in their Round A fundraising.
As revealed, the organization managed to raise the money through an online crowd-funding within 38 minutes.
The raised money will be used to enhance the organization’s service portfolio, which includes stadia operations, live coverage, brokerage, events organizing, youth training, sports tourism and merchandise.
Alongside the fund, the organization has alsoestablished partnerships with professional football clubs to foster promising players. The high profile clubs include Guangzhou Evergrande, Guangzhou R&F FC, AC Milan and RCD Espanyol.
‘The combination of capital and football training will lead to a huge leap forward in the football industry,’ said Li Zhendong, the General Manger of Guohui FC.
Li realizes there is a lack of a comprehensive youth football competition system in China. Against this background, Guohui FC will launch the Chinese Youth Super League later in July in association with a couple of national youth training associations and clubs.
