The Chinese Swimming Association (CSA) has finalized a strategic partnership with Beijing Singolym, a hi-tech Chinese sports company. The partnership was announced by Wang Lusheng, the vice president of the CSA at an open ceremony last Saturday.
As a part of their deal, the Beijing-based company will provide services for timing, scoring and information analysis throughout the tournaments.
CSA is a national sports organization which oversees competition in swimming, diving, synchronized swimming, water polo and open water swimming. Its five teams are preparing for the 2016 Rio Olympics.
The swimming team and the synchronized swimming team are now in the middle of their winter training programme. The diving team have just finished their Olympic trials and will start preparing for the FINA Diving World Cup next February. The water polo team will compete in the Asian Water Polo Championship in Foshan, starting tomorrow.
Beijing Singolym is a company that specializes in the R&D of hi-tech sports products, sports venue facilities and services for major events. It is also the service provider for Beijing Olympic Forest Park, Beijing Shooting Range and Guangzhou Tianhe Sports Center.
