Chinese sportwear brand sponsors Australian youth football

‍‍‍‍Chinese sportswear company, XPD Soccer Gear Group Limited, made a partnership with 15 Years & Under Queensland Secondary School Football. 

XPD Soccer Gear Group is sportswear company based in Chinese Fujian Province. It focuses on designing and manufacturing football gears. In May, the company went public in Australia as the first Chinese football overseas stock and this sponsorship was their first marketing move there. 

The president of the company, Mr Zhang Jiameng said that this sponsorship was aimed at making more Australian people be aware of and wear their products; and they would continue to do sponsorships in Australia, to increase brand awareness and to gain more customer supports in the country. 

The sponsorship signing ceremony was held on 17 September in Elanora State Secondary School, in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. 

The youth football team departed for Japan on the next day for a tournament there.
