DeSports to present China's first sailing documentary

Double Edged Sports (DeSports) lately announced the partnership with Chinese sailing hero Guo Chuan on a documentary project which will make his next 3 key sailing journeys into movie and documentaries.

DeMiada, one sector of DeSports, plans to present the sports stories of Captain Guo Chuan in movie, serial documentaries and video clips. And the company also plans to release the project in over 40 countries and districts.

The project, temporarily named as Chuan’s Ocean, will be directed by renowned British documentary director Stewart Binns.

Chuan’s Ocean, as reported, will mark China’s first sports-related documentary project with intellectual property rights.

Guo Chuan is regarded as a remarkable Chinese sailing legend who currently holds the record of solo non-stop circumnavigation around the globe.

And DeSports is a Shanghai-based sports company which is rumoured to have took part in the shocking media rights partnership between La Liga and China’s PPTV Sports, an online sports streaming site.

DeSports has teamed up with Suning Crowdfund to support the project.
