Chinese sportswear brand 361° announced today (Jan 28) that they had sponsored the newly crowned WBA World Featherweight Champion XU Can one day after XU Can won the title on January 27 (Beijing Time) beating Jesus Rojas in Houston, America.
The 24-year old Chinese professional boxer won the WBA super featherweight world champion title in 2016, making this victory the second world title of his career. He is being described as the new Chinese boxing sensation after ZOU Shiming and XIONG Chaozhong and has also become the youngest featherweight champion in the world in the last 10 years.
361° provided customized equipment for XU Can in his fight for the World Featherweight Championship.
Executive Director and President of 361° DING Wuhao says that XU’s youthfulness and his consistency and love for the sport of boxing is a great match with the 361° brand spirit “One Degree Beyond”. They hope that through this partnership they can convey the sporting spirit of “One Degree Beyond” to more boxing fans and encourage people to pursue the sports they love.
For the next step, 361° will collaborate with XU Can to develop more professional training and fighting products to elevate the position of 361° in this sector. 361° will focus on professional sports in addition to sponsoring major international sports events, raising their expertise and brand image.
