SPORTACCORD 2024 INSIGHTS: Sport’s Perfect Storm

Nanchang Shenyang Real Estate, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Greenland Hong Kong, has signed an agreement to become the official cooperation partner of the Chinese Super League side, Shanghai Greenland Shenhua FC.
According to an official announcement, Shanghai Greenland Shenhua FC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Greenland Holdings, which also indirectly holds approximately 59.07% of the entire issued ordinary share capital of Greenland Hong Kong.
This agreement, which is valued at CNY30m (USD4.67m), will take effect from July 1, 2018, to June 30, 2019.
Under this agreement, Nanchang Shenyang Real Estate will have the right to display its logo on the LED advertising displays in the 15 main matches of Shanghai Greenland Shenhua FC’s 15 main CSL matches. The real estate company will broadcast video campaigns during section breaks of those 15 main matches.
Nanchang Shenyang will also be able to display its name, brand and signage in the Club’s press conference backdrop, as well as show official web links to Nanchang Shenyang Real Estate’s website, publicity photos and video advertisements in Shanghai Greenland Shenhua Football Club's official website.
In addition to this, the Chinese real estate company will be given the rights to invite Shanghai Greenland Shenhua FC players to its promotional activities and advertisement filming.
