Future of Sport: A Global Sports Week x Viva Technology Collaboration, Will Open in June 14

According to reports on the local Wuhan news website cjn.cn on the eve of the 2018 Wuhan Marathon which will take place on April 15, the Chinese insurance brand, Sunshine Insurance, confirmed that they are to retain their position as the exclusive insurance supplier of the event.
A representative of Sunshine Insurance told cjn.cn that the company will offer accident insurance for each runner taking part in the 2018 Wuhan Marathon. From April 12 to 14, Sunshine Insurance will carry out a running-related campaign at the 2018 Wuhan Marathon Expo. On the day of the race, the company will send a service team to the appointed hospital of the Wuhan Marathon to issue insurance claims.
Sunshine Insurance have been a sponsor of the Wuhan Marathon since 2016, the year the first Wuhan Marathon took place. Apart from the sponsorship of this event, Sunshine Insurance have also sponsored the Wuhan Open (tennis) in 2016 and 2017, as well as the 2017 Wuhan Women’s Half Marathon.
