The Chinese Football Association (CFA) is planning to set up both men’s and women’s youth football training departments based on the original Youth Football Department.
Accordingly, the original Enforcement Authority will be divided into the Chinese Super League Department, China League One Department and China League Two Department. In addition to this, the CFA plans to set up the Legal Department, Registration Management Department, Admissions Department and Referee Management Department.
The CFA is also expected to enroll a group of professionals as executives in youth training, competitive event management and referee management. Talent exchange plans will also be carried out between the CFA, CSL clubs and other associations.
According to our report in September, the CFA is also set to open standard youth training camps at home and abroad, while requiring Chinese professional football clubs to put more effort into youth training.
