Xtep Kids has officially become a strategic partner of the youth winter sports CIC Project, according to an announcement released on December 22.
Under the partnership, the children's wear business of the Chinese sportswear brand Xtep will work with Beijing-based Yao Sports for winter sports promotion, winter sports on campus and healthy development of winter sports.
In March, Xtep Kids has signed a strategic partnership with the campus plan under the CIC Project, launching a series of co-branded campaigns. The new deal will enable the brand to expand in more children’s sports as well as helping China to carry out the initiative of One Million Youngsters on the Ice.
Starting from 2018, Xtep Kids will launch winter sports-themed activities in Sichuan, Beijing, Yunnan and Guangdong, combining its outdoor products with youth winter sports.
Xtep is a publicly traded sportswear firm based in Hong Kong and Xiamen, Fujian, China.
