October 18: Chinese fitness room sharing start-up, Misspao, signed a strategic partnership with Luneng Group, an owner of the Chinese Super League side Shandong Luneng Taishan FC.
Under the terms of their deal, Misspao has launched its facilities in Luneng communities recently, aiming to meet people’s increase in demand for fitness and helping to create smart communities for the future.
As an official source revealed, the self-help fitness room has become the best choice for busy customers in modern times. The partnership is expected to provide more convenient supporting services for their clients. After a trial operation, all Luneng communities in Beijing may be equipped with Misspao facilities.
Earlier this month, Misspao announced that it has raised 75 million yuan (about US$11 million) in Series A round financing, which was led by the National Small and Medium-size Enterprises Development Fund. As of now, Misspao has put 100 facilities in 1,000 Beijing communities and 500 Shanghai communities.
