Wanda Group renews partnership with Yellow River Estuary International Marathon

August 14: Wanda Group has renewed its partnership deal with the Yellow River Estuary (Dongying City) International Marathon for the next 3 years (2018-2020) remaining in their role as the global title sponsor of the recognized IAAF Gold Label Road Race. 

According to Shang Jiyong, Wanda Group's representative at the signing ceremony, Wanda first signed up as partners with this race in 2010 and have continuously been the race’s title sponsor for 8 years with the accumulated sponsorship rights reaching RMB27million (US$4.03m). “Having experienced such a long-term partnership, Wanda has forged a strong relationship with this race, ” stated Shang.

First run in 2008, the Yellow River Estuary International Marathon has developed into one of the IAAF's Gold Label Road Races over the past 10 years and has evolved into a new symbol of Dongying City, representing the coastal city of Shandong Province, China.
