SPORTACCORD confirms Istanbul as Host City for 2025 Convention

Dutch Eredivise club ADO Den Haag have set up its first youth training foundation in China, as part of the club’s visit to Beijing Bayi High School before playing a pre-season friendly against China League One side Beijing BG on July 29.
In front of the two clubs’ executives, Beijing government officials and more than 20 media organizations, ADO Den Haag CEO Maarten Fontein and Beijing BG senior executive Hu Yintong invested the initial start-up capital at the ceremony held on July 28.
Co-founded by Beijing BG, the foundation is aimed at promoting the development of youth soccer training in China.
“We need to work closely and brainstorm to develop the football industry in China.” said Yin Peiyan, Beijing Assistant Secretary-General, “We should exchange ideas with top clubs every now and then, and find out the best way to send more football talent onto the pitch. ”
Bayi have traditionally won many achievements in the football education sector and were awarded its first nationwide championship in 1965. The school has sent more than 20 graduates to play for the Chinese professional football club, Beijing Guoan.
