A turning point for global sport: IBA President Umar Kremlev and Donald Trump Jr join forces

Recently Adidas announced that its sales for 2016 in the Greater China region had achieved historical growth.
According to the company’s official data, total sales for 2016 increased by 28%, as Greater China became the fastest growing market for Adidas across the world.
Mr. Colin Currie, the Managing Director of Adidas Greater China, states that 2016 has not only seen the fastest growth since the Beijing Olympics, but also the greatest sales ever at 3 billion euros. In 2017, Adidas will continue the sound momentum of growth with the aim of becoming the best sports brand in China by 2020.
In 2016, after adjusting for the currency factor, the global sales of Adidas increased by 18%. In terms of the euro, its global revenue increased by 14% to 19.291 billion euros, which is also a new record (16.915 billion euros in 2015).
