NFL officially stated yesterday that legendary NFL player Peyton Manning is about to start his first visit to China. Manning’s trip is expected to last for 4 days from September 25 to 28, taking in both Beijing and Shanghai. A series of American Football training and communication activities will be covered during his time here. NFL fans in China will have the chance to meet and talk with Manning.
Manning is considered “the greatest quarterback of the age” for his outstanding achievements with Indianapolis Colts and Denver Broncos. He also won 2 Super Bowl championships and 5 MVP’s during his NLF career.
It is worth noting that NFL China delivered the “Gatorade One-goal-in-it Football Competition” in Beijing, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu and Chongqing this summer. The six winners from those cities will have a face-to-face conversation with Manning before they go to their finals in London.
“I am really looking forward to the visit. I hope the new NFL season attracts more followers in China. I am expecting to talk about American football with enthusiastic Chinese fans”, said Manning.
