Li Ning announced on August 11 that the company had achieved a revenue of 3.596 billion yuan during the first six months of 2016, increasing by 13% over last year, of which 113 million yuan belonged to shareholders in listed companies. 98.8% of the total revenue came from its core brand Li Ning.
The confidence of dealers was restored after sales of running, basketball and fitness products increased significantly. Steady growth was also maintained as a result of the company’s development of mobile Internet services, e-commerce channels and increased sales in its own stores.
Li Ning said they will enhance retail operations through “specialized channels + exclusive products.” In products they’ll constantly improve the performance based on their motor function and focus on R&D of more competitive special products. In channels they’ll get closer to customers through mobile network platforms, optimize the online and offline multi-channel and cross-platform shopping experience, and increase to 300-500 points of sale etc.
