Le Sports yesterday announced several changes in its leadership team, designed to drive the company’s policy on globalization and pay model.
Yu Hang, formerly Vice President at Le Sports’ Strategy Department, has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer at Le Sports. With his role in the company’s strategy unchanged, Yu Hang will oversee the implementation of LeSports’ global strategy and the operations of user engagement. More specifically, he will be responsible for growing the number of VIP subscribers and subscription revenue. He will also supervise the products and services specifically customized for VIP subscribers.
His new role will also see him liaise with LeSports US, LeSports India and LeSports HK to achieve operational synergy with LeSports in Beijing.
Alongside Yu, Le Sports also named Zhan Ting as the COO at Le Sports Hong-Kong and Ao Ming as the Editor in Chief. Lu Shan will take up a new role as the CEO of Le Sports’ new brokerage arm and Liu Shijie becomes the General Manager at the company’s newly established E-sports Department.
