Guangdong Advertising Group CO Ltd. (GIMC)announced yesterday (26th April)that it plans to spend RMB 3.33 million to take up a 10% share of Guangzhou Nanchuang Aoheng Sports Development Ltd.(Nanao Sports)
Nanao Sports' main business focuses on the integrated marketing of sports events.
GIMC is a public company which engages in integrated advertising and marketing services. The company was founded in 1979 and, like Nanao Sports, is headquartered in the city of Guangzhou.
It operates the businesses primarily through its media agency business, which includes the establishment of media strategy, media innovation and media placement plans, as well as proprietary media business, which involves the operation of bus station billboards, bus advertising and outdoor billboards.
On 30th March, GIMC signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Wuhan Double Co Ltd. to co-operate on sports marketing and other sports-related businesses.
On 18th April Wuhan Double announced it would spend €39.5million to buy a 100% share of Nice International Sports Limited.
