Netease, Chinese portal site, finalized an exclusive online media partnership on Monday with the Chinese Swimming Association (CSA) during the 2016 Rio Olympic Games, which will be held in Brazil next August.
As part of Netsease’s Rio Olympic Games Strategy, the portal site will expose CSA teams during the event as part of the Olympic Games with superior innovation and by blending the ultimate competition with mass sports.
In addition, the Netease also announced they have signed the rising popular swimming star, Ning Zetao, as their Brand Ambassador.
“The promotions and support by Netease will significantly boost attention by drawing viewers to our country's sport (in the 2016 Rio Olympic Games). "Netease will also take advantage of CSA’s platform and resources to provide the audience with greater contents", commented Wang Lusheng, director of the CSA.
The partnership between the two is a powerful combination and is a win-win for both sides, which in return will bring in mutual growth and potential.
