Chinese Inner Mongolia Rider Horse Industry Co. Ltd has reached partnership with New Zealand Bloodstock to introduce the New Zealand Bloodstock Cup into Inner Mongolia, China in 2016.
The new 1800m race is set to be held in July 2016 and will be open to two-years old “horses purchased by any Chinese buyer at this year’s New Zealand Bloodstock Ready to Run Sale in November”, according to New Zealand’s Scoop Media.
Besides, Rider Horse will also host a three-day racing carnival’ in next July when international jockeys and trainers will also be expected to attend.
“New Zealand Bloodstock is delighted to partner with Mr Lang Lin and the Rider Horse Group to put on such a valuable race in Inner Mongolia,” commented Andrew Seabrook, co-managing director of New Zealand Bloodstock.
“The racing industry in China is still in its infancy but thanks to people like Mr Lang it is growing at a rapid rate and we are privileged to be a part of it”.
