HealthAccord spotlights mental health and female athlete well-being

Huajin Securities, a rising brokerage firm based in Shanghai, which has never before sponsored a sporting event, announced recently that it has signed a sponsorship deal with the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) to be a title sponsor for the inaugural Elite Trophy tennis tournament in Zhuhai.
The brokerage firm will put its company logo to the new event in Zhuhai, which will feature a field of more than 20 top singles and doubles players. The financial terms have not been disclosed.
A representative from Huajin Securities said:" We are so exciting to become the title sponsor of the tournament and we firmly believe the event is a good fit for us. This partnership happens at the right time and place. ”
WTA Elite Trophy Zhuhai tournament director Peter Johnston echoed: "The momentum is continuing to build for the first edition of the event. We have an amazing new stadium and venue, an exciting player field featuring the world's best female tennis players, and now we have a dynamic company in Huajin Securities as our title sponsor.
"We look forward to building the partnership between the WTA Elite Trophy Zhuhai and Huajin Securities to produce a week of world class tennis entertainment for the people of Zhuhai and our global audience."
The inuagural edition of the Huajin Securities WTA Elite Trophy, which will replace the WTA Tournament of Champions on the calendar, will offer prize money of US$2.15 million. The tournament will be played annually in the Chinese city of Zhuhai until 2019.
