Tracy Lamar McGrady, a seven-time NBA All-Star, is on his third game of USA Legends Tour in China.
The campaign, which started in Nanjing China on July 4, will see McGrady leading the team to play exhibition games in as many as 15 cities in China.
The last match of the exhibition match series will be played on August 7, which would also be McGrady’s last official match in China as he promised.
McGrady, a former team mate of China’s NBA hero Yao Ming, is quite popular in China where he will also attend fans meetings and promotional basketball campaigns among junior players aged from 12 to 16.
On the press conference yesterday in Changchun he said he would spend more time on scouting and training youth talents.
As he continued, China has a promising basketball market and he had some preliminary ideas establishing basketball training camps for the talents in China.
