SPORTACCORD confirms Istanbul as Host City for 2025 Convention

On July 3, National Basketball League held a conference in Beijing with a core mission to carry out new measures which can contribute to the reform of China’s basketball management system. Managers from all NBL basketball clubs attended the conference.
Xin Lancheng, the minister in General Administration of Sport of China who takes in charge of basketball, was the leader of conference. During the meeting, Xin made a speech about the reform of NBL. He emphasized the necessity of the separation between governmental control and daily administration. Xin stressed that each basketball club would become a key power of the reform.
Besides, Xin also introduced some information about the new seasons of the league. Nine clubs will participate in the new season. Regular season matches will be held between July 8 and September 4 with five matches in every two weeks. The Playoff will be held from September 6 to 30. The winner of NBL Playoff will be the final champion of the new season.
