Peak to sign NBA Dwight Howard

‍‍Media report that Chinese brand Peak is going to sign NBA star Dwight Howard after his current deal with Adidas finishes. This news was confirmed by Peak’s staffs, and Peak is going to launch shoes for Dwight Howard which would be available in next season hopefully. 

NBA Players that Peak sponsored already include Tony Parker, George Hill, Chase Budinger, Carl Landry, Miles Plumlee, Beno Udrih, and Andrew Nicholson. 

After Yao Ming went to play in NBA, Chinese brands began show interests in NBA players. For example, Li Ning, Anta, Peak, and 361° all sign a number of NBA players. Peak has been especially interested in Rockets’ players. 

Up to now, there are about 20 players that have worn Peak’s basketball shoes on NBA courts. Howard is the ideal mid-field to sponsor after Yao Ming. 

As Li Ning signed Dwyane Tyrone Wade and Peak is going to sign Dwight Howard, it seems that Chinese brands are looking for more and more high-profile players.
