Future of Sport: A Global Sports Week x Viva Technology Collaboration, Will Open in June 14

As the most professional and authoritative nationwide fitness events for recreation and camping in China, the first stop of 2015 China International Camping Congress—Wanning has entered its countdown stage. On the afternoon of April 9th, the organizing committee held press conference in Wanning, declaring this year’s events is meant to lead China’s outdoor sports to enter a new stage.
Li Shouwen, executive chairman of the organizing committee expressed that, 2015 China International Camping Congress seized the opportunity of tourism’s transformation from sightseeing to vacation, and it deeply integrated recreation camping sports with outdoor travel, breaking through original fixed mode.
2015 China International Camping Congress sponsored by Audi holds the idea “Everybody could participate; everybody could be the champion”, providing more opportunities for outdoor amateurs. As Li said, all activities in Wanning stop concluded “Joy-sharing Matches”, aiming to offer happiness for participants.
It’s estimated that in 2014, over 600 thousand people participated China International Camping Congress held in Dongping, Shandong and Qiandao Lake, Zhejiang. The current event held in Wanning improved itself in all dimensions from event design, player roster to sponsors and activity details, symbolizing that China entered a new era of outdoor sports.
Thereinto, as the new events of the Congress, Everybody's Golf and Orienteering are widely accepted by outdoor amateurs. Li pointed out, after golf was listed as one of Olympic events, it would walk into our daily life. One of purposes of the Congress is to facilitate the development of golf in campaigns for the general public.
