Future of Sport: A Global Sports Week x Viva Technology Collaboration, Will Open in June 14

The Tokyo 2020 Olympic Beach Volleyball Qualifying Tournament will be played at the Haiyang National Beach Sports Fitness Center in Shandong, China.
In order to optimize the qualification process for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics Beach Volleyball games, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and the FIVB have reshuffled the 24 qualifying tickets, 4 of which will be determined at the qualifying tournament in Haiyang, including 2 for the men’s teams and 2 for the women’s teams.
The top 15 countries with the most FIVB points by 2019, as well as the host country China, will compete in the tournament. The group matches will be played between September 18 to 20 with the Men’s Finals to be played on September 21, and the Women’s Finals scheduled for September 22.
The countries that will compete in the men’s qualifying event include China, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Norway, Poland, Qatar, Russia, Spain, Switzerland, the Czech Republic and the Netherlands.
In the women’s qualifying tournament, China, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Finland, Germany, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Poland, Russia, Spain, Switzerland, the Czech Republic and the Netherlands will compete.
