The Administration of Sports Bureau of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region signed a cooperative agreement with the Uruguay Sport Bureau on March 22, 2019. The two sides will cooperate on the training of soccer coaches, players, and referees. Uruguay will help Guangxi enhance the soccer youth training system and build a Guilin international soccer town.
Li Ze, the Director of the Administration of Sports Bureau of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, says that based on the talent training cooperation with the soccer powerhouse Uruguay. They intend to bring in excellent coaches, build youth talent groups, promote soccer reform in schools, and push the soccer education in Guangxi to a new level.
Fernando Chares, the Director of the Uruguay Sport Bureau, states that soccer is the embodiment of their country, and also the best way to get in touch with the world. Uruguay will put all efforts to promote the implementation of the agreement with Guangxi, share soccer development experiences and help Guangxi enhance their soccer competitiveness.
