The Chinese Football Association announced on February 28 on its website that the four clubs, Dalian Transcendence FC, Sunfun FC, Shenzhen Ledman FC and Hainan FC would not be able to play in the 2019 Chinese Football Association Division Two League season.
These clubs have not paid the salaries in full owed to players and staff for the 2018 season and therefore would not play in the professional football league for the new season according to the Chinese Football Association rules.
