SPORTACCORD 2024 INSIGHTS: Touchdowns, Home Runs and Slam Dunks

Beijing Municipal Government will host the first edition of the Beijing Winter Games from November 2018 to January 2019 with the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Sports looking for sponsors for the Games.
There will be two tiers of sponsorship, Partners and Sponsors. They are looking for 13 categories in water, sports drinks, food, sportswear/sports shoes/sports bags, sports equipment/facilities, insurance, automobile, banking, office and cultural goods, electronic goods, website, sports apps and others sports related categories. Other categories that are permitted in advance by the organizer will be accepted.
No sponsorship fees will be disclosed publicly. It is said that the organizing committee will decide the sponsorship tier according to the categories and the amount of sponsorship fees and goods tendered.
The sponsors should be legally registered in China.
The inaugural edition of the Beijing Winter Games will include elite and grassroot competitions. In elite sports, there will be four major sports disciplines-- skating, skiing, ice hockey, curling, and six smaller disciplines. In grassroot sports, there will be five major disciplines some of which have long traditions in China and 9 smaller disciplines. In total there will be around 60000 people at these Winter Games, including athletes, referees and staff.
