SPORTACCORD 2024 INSIGHTS: Sport’s Perfect Storm

On April 26, Love Kitchen (Shanghai) Food Company Limited signed a four-year deal to become a sponsor of the National Sports Training Center (NSTC).
Under this deal, the food manufacturer will be providing doping-free supplements and other products for nearly 1,300 national players.
As Rong Yaozhong, founder of Love Kitchen, said, “The cooperation with the NSTC marks a new page in our history with the Chinese market, helping us to continuously offer high-quality health products based on players’ demands. Over the next several years, we are really honoured to work as a sponsor to support national players’ preparation for major events like the 2018 Asian Games, the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and others.”
The NSTC has been named as the “Cradle for World’s Championship.” It is one of the longest-standing and largest sports training bases, which provides services like training, accommodation, medical care, transportation and cultural education for national teams.
Currently, there are 14 national teams in badminton, weightlifting, table tennis, gymnastics, volleyball, synchronized swimming, diving, swimming, and track and field, are receiving services there.
Lü Tiehang, Deputy Director of NSTC, commented, “We have a series of strict standards regarding player supplements, while Love Kitchen products have passed tests of many institutions including the China Anti-doping Agency. Their products meet domestic and international standards, which is why they will work with us over the next four years.”
